Dr. Koprowski was married in July, 1938 to Dr. Irena Koprowska. They have two sons, Claude and Christopher. Claude Koprowski is a retired physician, and is the current Chief & Consultant for Emergency Medicine in several hospitals. Christopher Koprowski is a certified physician in 2 medical specialties: Neurology and Radio-Oncology. Currently he is in the process of changing his affiliation from Cooper Hospital in Camden, NJ to Christiana Hospital in Delaware.
